Home care job-knowledge tests
Home care quizzes ask what an aide should do in the home: hand hygiene, protective equipment, sharps, falls, privacy, dignity, and when to report a change. They do not ask about a health condition, and they do not test whether someone can lift.
Infection items use public health sources such as handwashing guidance. Privacy items stay on what may be shared and what stays in the visit note. Observe-and-report items keep the aide inside the care plan: notice a change, tell the supervisor, do not give medicine on their own.
Home care and food content stays in draft until a legal review is recorded. Until then an employer can try the quiz and cannot email it to a candidate.
Practice courses cover hand hygiene, falls, privacy, visit notes, noticing changes, and emergencies. They are practice. They do not satisfy a state aide training rule and they are not a certification.
The employer still decides how to use a score. The quiz does not.
