Skills quizzes
How we build skills quizzes
Last updated: October 30, 2026
Intended use
An employer uses a skills quiz to see how someone answers questions about the work. PreHireBadge writes the questions, gives the quiz, and scores it from a fixed answer key. The computer does not choose the questions on the form or the weight of each one.
Limits
- A skills quiz stays separate from a background check.
- It is not a certification, a license, or proof that a legal training rule is met.
- The quiz does not rank people and it does not label a person.
- Counts of how often a question is answered do not change a score.
A person decides
The score is a record of the answers. A person at the employer decides what to do next. The quiz does not make that decision.
