What columns does the CSV need?
firstName, lastName, email, phone, positionTitle, payBand, conditionalOfferMade — with a header row.
What happens if one row is invalid?
That row is listed as blocked with the reason, and the other rows still go out.
Can I include SSNs in the CSV?
No. Don't put a Social Security number, date of birth, or home address in the file. Candidates enter those on their invite.
