Food service job-knowledge tests
Food service quizzes ask about holding cold food, keeping raw food away from ready-to-eat food, handwashing, and telling a guest you will check the kitchen instead of guessing an ingredient. They are not a food handler card and they do not say a local rule is met.
Temperature items use the FDA Food Code as a source and say local rules may differ. Order items cover reading a ticket, allergen communication, guest service, and simple bill math.
Food content stays in draft until legal review is recorded. The employer can try it. A candidate email waits on that review.
Practice courses cover temperature, cross-contamination, hygiene, orders, allergens, and guest service. The certificate, when one is issued, is not a license.
The score is a record of answers. The employer decides what to do with it.
